Here are some frequently asked questions we get. If you don’t see one that helps you, send us a message and we’ll try to help you soon.
We process orders as soon as we receive them so that you get your coffee as soon as possible. Once we have processed the order, it is expected to be shipped within the first 24 hours. We ship via USPS Priority Mail service that includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days.
Because we process orders quickly, the time to make address changes or cancellations is really reduced. Please send us an email as soon as possible during business hours to support@forestlandcoffees.
At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S. We will be expanding our shipping area in the near future, so keep an eye on our page for new updates.
It is recommended to place your coffee in a sealed, non-transparent container where neither light nor moisture has access and store it in the pantry or in a cool and dry place.
